A convenient washer and dryer are located in the garage and available at no additional cost. The Ponce Landing complex’s grounds are meticulously maintained and feature two outdoor pools and a private boardwalk to the beach.

Exceptional rental. It was a turn key place, there was nothing we wanted for. Even provided bikes and water toys, beach towels. Everything you might need. There was plenty to do or just chill like we did. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was incredibly clean! Updated very nicely, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and sofas. Had everything we could need including beach chairs, pool noodles, etc. The location is perfect! Just a hair past all of the restaurants and stores so it's quiet but close enough to the action. The complex is clean and well maintained. Easy access to the beach! I have no complaints! We all had a wonderful stay!
